QLED and The Frame TVsI’m experiencing issues with my Samsung The Frame LS03D 55” TV and wanted to check if this is a known problem or if there’s a solution.
The issue is as follows:
1. My Samsung The Frame LS03D 55” TV, purchased in September (3 months ago), randomly turns on and off after being turned off. I’ve had to unplug it as a workaround to stop this from happening.
2. Additionally, when the TV is turned on, the red standby light flashes, and the TV becomes unresponsive. Actions seem to get “stuck,” meaning every button press causes a continuous loop. For example:
• Pressing volume up results in the volume going to maximum.
• Pressing volume down brings it to minimum.
• Navigating right continues to the farthest right option, and so on.
Steps I’ve tried to troubleshoot (unsuccessfully):
1. Unplugged the TV, waited several hours, and plugged it back in.
2. Performed a factory reset.
3. Removed the TV from SmartThings and unpaired it from all mobile devices.
4. Connected the TV to a third-party digital converter box.
5. Replaced the remote control.
I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks in advance!

QLED and The Frame TVsI wanted to update that I unplugged all connectors from the TV’s One Connect Box, then reconnected everything, and now the TV is working properly. I hope this resolves the issue for good.
