My wife was not paying attention what she was doing when she picked up the Samsung remote and some how permanently muted the amp. The Samsung remote seems to want to go to Samsung + channels, and the mute bar in the upper right is stuck there in Mute, and not making it over to the Amp. Can't even get the sound thru TV speakers except thru Samsung + channels.
I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. Try unhooking the amp and seeing if the sound works as intended without it. If it does, I recommend reaching out to the manufacturer regarding this issue. If it doesn't, a factory reset of the television may be in order.
