QLED and The Frame TVsWe have had a Frame since 2021, and we managed to get an Art Store subscription at first.
We then got a new Frame tv and the art store has been a nightmare ever since! And the support from Samsung is simply dreadful!!
When we try to subscribe it takes us to a purchase page and asks for a 6 digit PIN. We have no PIN!!! What are they even taking about ? Thereās a 7 digit verification code but no PIN.
They told us to do the hard reset, and that made no difference!!
Help!! Please!!
