I just returned from vacation and when I walked in the door I noticed an error on the TV (it was working fine when we left and we have never had an issue with it). After investigating thoroughly and reading multiple message boards I have determined that the One Connect (SOC1000MA) is not powering on. The one connect was plugged into a surge protector and I can confirm there was no loss of power to the house while we were gone. Please help!!!
