I have a 75” QN90C and the Spotify app keeps opening randomly. It happened twice today within 10 minutes but then won’t happen again for a week, it’s very intermittent at times and persistent other times. I have to hit the home button on the remote to go back to connected devices to select my “external device with Q990C” soundbar to get the audio and video back. There is another app that opens randomly but can’t recall which one. Neither app is setup nor has ever been used, they came preinstalled. I run everything through my Apple TV.
The only thing I’ve found online is that it could be faulty remote controls but haven’t been able to isolate that as I need the remote and there is no battery to remove
I had similar issues with my 65” Curved Samsung TV but it would just change inputs randomly.
Not intentionally. I didn’t even know you could do that honestly. I called support and they blamed my software version. I had to update using usb and I’ll see what happens.
