I added Gallery to my secure folder. When I added it, it's totally empty. Do I have to add all my pictures to it all over again? Isn't it supposed to sync all that stuff.
No, you will have to manually input all the pictures you want to move to your Secure Folder. It isn't meant to be a copy of your existing gallery, rather a 2nd completely separate gallery in and of itself.
