The alarm clock on my Galaxy A15 5g will not acknowledge "Dismiss" when I press it. When the notice pops up 30 mins prior, it acknowledges turning it off then. But not when the actual alarm is ringing. Any help on what might be wrong?
when the alarm is ringing, you have icons that appear on your screen. the circled "x" needs to be swiped up to turn the alarm off. Merely pressing it will not dismiss it. I assume if you want to snooze, you do the same with the snooze option. I don't use snooze, so I don't know. I get up when my alarm rings.
