Samsung Apps and ServicesHi Momou, welcome to the Community, and I am sorry to hear of Bixby Vision not working. Bixby may occasionally display an error message or not respond to your voice commands. Before anything else, make sure your device is connected to either a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. If it's connected but you're still experiencing issues, you will need to clear the data for all of Bixby's system apps. Consult this guide for some Bixby-specific troubleshooting: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001306/
You can also see if a third-party application is causing the behavior, using Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
