Can Bixby be used offline to set a timer/alarm?

Can we use bixby offline on the watch for simple tasks like start a timer, set alarm etc? That would be nice to have.

I think the feature of being able to use Bixby while being offline or not on wifi would be a unique quality to add. Like being able to tell Bixby to call someone, set an alarm or time, or open a app while being not connected to the wifi would be amazing.

@userPgy5p8ylC6 You will be excited to learn that this already exists! Open Bixby and go into Bixby settings. Click on "On-device mode" and enable it.
