Samsung Apps and Serviceswho can help me
Here are the steps to factory reset this Hub:
Disconnect the power cable and remove the batteries from the Hub
Using a pin or a small tool, hold down the reset button on the back of the Hub
While continuing to hold down the reset button, replace the power cable
Continue holding the button for more than 30 seconds
When the LED on the front switches from flashing yellow to solid yellow, release the button
Reinstall the batteries into the Hub
having power in and holding the rest pin and them unplugging and plugging back in and holding for 30 secโฆ it never flashes yellow like I see everyone else doing. It acts like a soft reset.
I made a video showing what Iโve got going.
Is it because the firmware of my device is too old?
I saw this in a community post, here is the address of the post

I also saw these contents. It seems that you need to do some background operations.
