I always receive error 86-002 when i try to setup smartthings station with smartthings app.
I tried with different wifi (5 and 2 ghz) but not. I already tried to reset hub without any result.
Can you help me?
I read on a forum that a hardware replacement is needed:

I'm having the same issue and I ended up calling customer service and they elevated my support ticket I'm waiting to hear back after I sent them logs
