Can't add photos to frame tv in from mobile

The smart things app will not allow me to ADD YOUR PHOTOS  The button is greyed out. I get the error saying that the TV and the phone must be on the same network I have confirmed they are on the same network. I have tried resetting the TV to factory, changing the networks phone and TV. Removing the TV from Smart things and re-adding it. I have confirmed my subscription to the Art Store is still active. I have logged out and back in on both the app and the TV and the button is still greyed out.

I just got the exact same error. Hopefully it must be a bug in the app.
