Cannot view backed up contacts on Samsung Cloud

My Samsung Galaxy A0F was stolen but luckily the device has backed up some of my contacts to Samsung Cloud as can be seen from the picture below

I learnt that I cannot open the Contacts app to view my contacts so I can use them with WhatsApp Desktop on my PC, please help

You would need another Samsung device to see the contacts as the app would need to be available there. I don't think there is a contacts app available for PC .

Your contacts should have synced with Google. Go to contacts.google.com to see if they are there. You can export them to a csv file to use in whatsapp.
