Samsung Apps and ServicesHere I am, repeating what looks to me like a viral FAQ.
Why on earth does Samsung insist on pointing out that I've logged in to my Samsung account yet again? On all my Samsung devices? They chirp at me from all over the house! I blindly tried to follow a procedure Samsung posted. I've succeeded in requiring two-step authentication in addition to all the notifications that have to clear on each device.
I'm here to rant because they disconnected me from the chat session this morning. I'm left to wonder why they require me to enter my email address multiple times if they can't be bothered to contact me after the interruption. They did ask for a screen shot. Of an email??? How about giving me an email I can forward it to?
Surely there must be someone here with a solution to this persistent aggravation. Please?
