I am a die-hard Android user because I'm convinced that it is simply better than iPhone. However, the only thing that is convincing me to join the dark side (get an iPhone) is the fact that sometimes text messages do not go through, even though the phone says they did. This includes text messages that I send out or text messages that people send me. MetroPCS support has not been able to fix the issue, and I'm unsure if this is an issue with my phone or my service. Is there anyone here with an Android who has never experienced this? Does anyone have any recommendations? I have a Samsung Galaxy A71. I am even willing to get the flagship Samsung Galaxy if that fixes this issue, it just bothers me knowing that an unknown number of conversations have been disrupted because of this. Thanks!
If I recall it was in last month or so saw list of phones no longer supported did glance thru it recall seeing a71 listed side note iPhone are using rcs now with ios 18 so that should be fix for texting issues optional on the phone that i think but if you use Google messages turn on rcs and decide on new phone
