I would like to have a way to select and maintain a Bluetooth device priority list for media and phone calls. Able to easily be changed or modified

I use Bluetooth Firewall. You can add Trusted Devices. That way, only one you want to connect to your device can. All others are blocked and you get a notification when the Bluetooth is turned on or made discoverable. You can block or allow it. It is in the Google Play Store. It also has a Radar feature which let's you see the distance, location, and Bluetooth address of all the devices located around you. Just in case you need to know that info.
