I believe that there should be better app optimization for samsung and andriod in general. You guys should start making your own apps and finding really good creators because it would be nice to have a lot more art apps and study apps because a lot will remain exclusive to apple.
They do have their own apps for customization and optimization: Good Lock for customization and Good Guardians for optimization/troubleshooting. You can get them in the Samsung store.
Also, you really want Samsung to start making their own art apps and study apps? They are a hardware company, not app developers. That is why the Play & Samsung stores exist, so developers can distribute their apps.
