Samsung Apps and ServicesHi everyone, i need help with my SmartTag2. Its keeps disconnecting, I can't use it for any action. I remove it, and I try to add it again its still not connecting. Anyone have an idea?

@GaryB82 is correct. Try resetting the tag and try to connect again. You can use this article for steps on resetting and setting up the device. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00088244
If the tracker will still not connect, you can try the steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111604/
If you continue to experience disconnecting and reconnect concerns, we recommend reaching out to customer support by calling 1-800-726-7864.
