Have you tried restarting your phone? What occurs when you tap the Samsung Store app? (e.g., loads black/blank screen, does nothing, loads then crashes/closes, etc.)

If restarting the phone, as suggested by @Thomasmasta, has not helped, try clearing the app cache. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/
