I use my galaxy book 4 edge with my galaxy tab 9 plus and all of the sudden today, it became suuuuuuuuuper laggy and when I was able to finally move the cursor into the text box, that was laggy as well, and often will act like I'm holding down a certain character.
This feature worked amazing for as long as I've had these devices (about 2 months) and now it's just horrible to the point of being unusable.
I restarted my computer and my tablet and I'm still having the same issue. I haven't downloaded any new programs on either device. I also checked my internet connection and it's rock solid at around 151mbps.
This ability was one of the main reasons I bought into the samsung ecosystem.
If factory reset is the only option and I've only had the devices for a couple months, that's ludicrous and definitely unacceptable.
