I've been a samsung user for several years now. Just down graded from a zfold3 to the s25+.
Over the years my Gmail accounts have gotten full and I've created new ones.
Ive tried to log in to my locked notes and they are under an older account and it won't as it was created under a different log in. That device has been traded in already and I don't have access to that device any more.
Any ideas on how to recover my info? Like Gmail can allow you to have more than one username signed in, is there any similar action that can be done with samsung?

No, you can only have one Samsung account per phone.

Is there a way to log out and log in to the other account?

Hello vS25plus, Welcome to the Community. We understand wanting to recover the notes from a previous account.

It would not be recommended to log in and out of more than one Samsung account multiple times. The reason is when you log out, it completely removes all Samsung related data from the devices and will disable some features until signing in again. When signing in to the previous account, it will sync all that data to your new phone. Here is a link with more information about using your Samsung account: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001482/

You could try syncing the previous account with Microsoft OneNote to be able to add them to your current account. This link explains syncing the apps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003444/

Let us know if this helps.

@vS25plus To log out of the Samsung account on your phone, go to phone settings -> Accounts and backup -> Manage accounts. Click on the Samsung account. Click on Remove account.

Gotten full? You don't empty your folders rather than create new accounts?
