Whenever I manually connect my JBL LIVE650BTNC headset to my phone galaxy A13 5G the nearby device scanning app keeps popping up but when I manually connect them my phone's audio does not go through the headset so is it the app or my headset

Go to Settings / Connections / scroll down to More Connections Settings / and then off Nearby Deevice Scanning
