Seems only devs can test beta and it takes way too long to get the next android version on Samsung
I was going to jump on the S25 ultra but I don't think I'm sticking around

Who are the "They" that said this?  To my knowledge, Samsung has not actually released ANY information on this, so that would make your definitive date a speculation from a company that simply does not know.
