If you have the myAT&T app or go on myatt.com to access your account and request to unlock your device. Sometimes it can take up to the next billing cycle for this option to pop up since you paid off your phone. But you should be able to! The phone unlock request can take a little bit of time
That's a carrier unlocked device it has to be a Factory Unlocked device with a Model Number ending in U1 or Tmobile to get the beta
