Phone numbers used to turn into usable links in Samsung Notes

Please guys, Samsung notes use to turn phone numbers in to usable links, now it doesn't. Please make it work again?

Go to settings in the Samsung Notes App and check if "Show links in notes" is on (slider is orange)

You can also do this, long press the number, and it gives you the call option, and add to option also.

I had notes in the edge and now I can't find them. Where would they have gone?

Where do we go to make a suggestion?
I would also like to place a link into my notes that will take you to it.
I'm trying to use it as a place to keep medical docs and want to link test results completed to the appointment orders.
