Members app crashes when trying to add a screenshot

I can't do screenshots in Samsung members. Whenever I hit the + button in the bottom left, it just closes the app and makes me restart whatever I was doing. After I figured out how to use it, I could do it for a few weeks, but then it stopped working.

You don't press the plus button to take a screenshot in the Members app . You take a screenshot by clicking the volume down and power button, the same way you would normally take a screenshot.

The + button is only to add photos to your post.

Go to settings, apps, Samsung Members, storage clear cache
