Reminders-hourly repeats

How come reminders doesn't have an hourly setting? The minimum thing you can do is daily settings.

Some people need to remind themselves to eat several times in a day or take their medicine several times in a day.

So could you put hourly reminders into the app?

In the Samsung Calendar app
Go to Reminders
Create a new reminder
Give it a title in Memo
Tap Time
Set a beginning date and time
Select Repeat, Hourly
Then select the number of times to repeat or Until

The next day, open the reminder and change the date.

Or, in the Alarm app
Set up an alarm that repeats daily with a snooze time of 60 minutes.
