I have a problem I accidentally signed out from samsung account and when I signed back in, I noticed that the samsung health widget (the heart shaped one that shows steps, calories ,etc ) not showing the progress but when I click on it and opens samsung health app, everything is recorded
You could make sure it is synced with the cloud and clear the cache and data in the Samsung Health app. Also, make sure it is fully updated. If this doesn't work, I would suggest calling Samsung tech support.
