I recently upgraded from the Samsung Note 9 to the Samsung S24 Ultra. I am having issues with the Samsung email app on the Ultra that I didn't with the Note 9. I used to receive an attachment to save to my calendar in the email for Teams and Zoom meetings, and now there's nothing attached, so I can't save the invite to the Samsung calendar. I went through Samsung support and they were 0 help to me and messed up my email by deleting and reinstalling with nothing changed. I didn't have this issue with my samsung note 9 and had that phone for 5 years. Does anyone know why I am not receiving an attachment to email invite? I downloaded Outlook to my phone and the attachments appear there, but I don't like Outlook and would prefer to use Samsung email app.
Any advice how to get the Samsung email app to show the email invite attachments?
