USB connection is not working!

I just plugged my phone in with USB C and it's not fast charging. I connected a dongle and USB flash drive and it will not transfer any data. I've already cleaned out the port and still not working. What are my options?

@Jason29 You mention fast charging not working. Is regular (slow) charging working?

Have you rebooted the phone? 

Might be time to take it into Samsung support and have it evaluated.

Turn off usb autoblocker to transfer files.
