I'm calling because it won't let me buy something using my financing account. It says that they can't process using the info I have. It's been nearly 2 hours on hold. Is there some issue that's causing the hold?
YES, this is the fault of TD Financing Services. I would try going to shop.samsung.com and use the chat, see if they can help you. Otherwise call back tomorrow after 9am EST if you can wait for your purchase. Good luck! I hate calling the financial servicing for Samsung. Once I waited an hour to speak with someone.
