I use a dexcom G7 glucose monitor that gives me readings through the dexcom app. It is also possible to connect the dexcom app to Samsung Health so my glucose can be read along with all my other health information. The problem is the glucose being shown on Samsung health is dangerously and massively incorrect. I wasn't feeling good so I looked at my Samsung Health app and it said my glucose was dangerously high at 290... normally I take insulin to bring it down and feel better. I looked at my dexcom app just to verify and it was showing I was dangerously low at 60. if I had gone ahead and relied on the Samsung Health Reading I would have died of hypoglycemia after giving myself insulin. I look through the history and the entire time it was connected it was giving me incorrect glucose readings. And yes I am restarted the phone restarted the app reinstalled the app and every other thing that you normally do and it's still is incorrect. beware and don't trust Samsung Health with diabetes
It sounds like there might be a communication error between the dexcom app and Samsung Health. In order to determine with whom the problem lies, you should put in an error report with Samsung and also contact Dexcom.
I did it I just was putting feelers out to see if this is happening to anyone else and to let them know it could be a dangerous situation they don't double check. Of course they said to do all the things that I said I already did.. I'm just not going to use it for glucose
