I have a feature request that would be a very helpful for weight training, to have a page to add and customize your workouts like squats and benchpress etc, as well as create a routine that you can follow with integration on samsung health on the watch, example apps jefit and strong lifts.

Good morning. A lot of military person that do have Samsung phones. Samsung health is amazing. Add calendar support for doctor's appointments. Such as reminders. It is not designed for military personnel. Underneath where we identify our health providers. Army personnel Houston local hospital, and retirees use the VA. Health providers are under the title of a team. Red team blue team. We may not see the same doctor twice. Sometime we do. If you could add this to Samsung health it will be a game changer. Even some type of customization. Where we select which branches service. This may be too much at one time Think about it guys.

You can install an icon pack. Go to settings/themes then tap icons on the bottom of the screen. Then scroll through the packs and pick the icon theme you like. You can sort by free or paid. Most of the sample screens show how the health icon would look. Note only Samsung icons will actually change. Non Samsung icons will adjust to look similar to the theme style, but not actually change. You cannot change the look of only one icon.

As a Samsung Ring user, the sleep feature is helpful, although extra details like timing of oxygen levels ā€ similar to home sleep studies to send to healthcare providers and specifically pulmonologist(s). šŸ©ŗ

Hey! I am a big fan of Samsung health. I use it to track all my activities and to log in my calories. It s been great and I love it.

However I have a few suggestions to share and I hope the Health App developers can take it into consideration

1- Calorie Deficit/Surplus tracking

As part of the Energy Score feature, I think Samsung health should give the users the option to see bar chart comparing calories intake versus calories burned a day.

This will be an immensely helpful insight to track our progress if we are on a calorie deficit or calorie surplus on X Day. This will save thr users time to manually subtract calories intake from burned.

2- Tracking energy/calories burned while resting:

While Samsung Health shows how many calroes you burned a day (total energy burned in addition to calories burned during activities) it does not show an estimate how calories are burned by the hour during the day including calories burned during sleep time.

So i suggest that Samsung Health must have a section dedicated to daily calories burned, showing how many calories burned during the day, including a chronological bar chart detailing this!

3- Pace/heart beat map for runs and cycling activities:

Samsung Health records maps and routes of runs, hiking and cycling activities. However the map is only one color lane map (green line). Samsung must create the option where the uswr can pick the type of route on the map. For example a map showing pace line (from slow to fast) light green to darker green. Or a map showing heart beat. The line (route) could be from green to dark red (indicating inte intensity of heart beat). For example if your heart beat is in zone 3 the. It s orange. If it is low intensity then green. If high intensity over 170 then it is red.

See example attached (from Fit Bit)

These suggestions can make Samsung a top notch and a leading Health app.

I'm afraid your request for the calories in verse total calories burn will fall on deaf hears. They had that feature once before. It was called weight management. It was the best tool for losing weight, and it seems that they were the only ones with it. They removed it without explanation. I wish they would bring it back. To me, it worked as well as any drug. I lost 80 lbs in a year using it. Maybe they will bring it back.
