This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
The Samsung TV Plus app also disappeared today from both of our Samsung TVs. I’ve tried resetting the TVs and a bunch of other things, but can’t get it back. Ugh!
😫 I hope that’s not true!! The Samsung TV Plus App is the only reason why we bought our second Samsung TV, and were now looking to buy a third one. If this is true, we won’t be buying Samsung anymore.
After the update samsung has sent over the air, it deleted the app and now shows live TV cable app when you look in the app it says set up TV for better viewing experience. Well, I can say it doesn't bring back samsung tv plus. When you scroll down to live tv try to add samsung tv plus it shows the install but nothing happens. Samsung might want to send a fix to all samsung tvs to bring the samsunf plus back becuase we all got the tv becuase of this main feature. Please send us a fix please, thank you.
Samsung TV Plus was deleted from all three of my Samsung tvs. I tried factory reset on one of the tvs and that did not resolve the issue. I have also tried clicking on the Samsung TV plus button on the remote and I get a "Not Available" message in a black dialogue box in the middle of the screen for the two tvs that have this option on the remote.
