Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame problem here. I was watching a show and it just went off ( switched to another channel)
I have tried a reset The message i get says to reinstall it because it has been deleted That didn't work it would not reinstall Now I don't even have the option to update the software on the TV

Samsung Apps and ServicesIt's nice that they're revamping the app (apparently) and I don't even mind it taking 24 - 48 hours, but they could have given us a little warning.

Samsung Apps and ServicesMe too!! Is this a new post. Said six hours ago….. as in 12/20/2023??
I totally had it was watching this morning come back this evening only says “not available” have tried “fixes” for nearly three hours….. there are none!! What the heck?? How do you give us a full, vast, tv service then just take it away?? Really. What IS going on?? Anyone know??

The Samsung TV Plus app is back online. Please do a cold reboot by unplugging the television for sixty seconds. This should resolve the issue.
If you still face issues please perform a smart hub reset. Go to all settings then support in the menu. Select Device Care and then self-diagnostics. Then select reset Smart Hub and enter your PIN. The default pin is 0000.

Thank you so much for reaching out to the community regarding these symptoms with the Samsung TV Plus application. This situation is currently under investigation.
Please make sure to like this post if you are experiencing these symptoms. So far based on the comments in the threads, the application is not appearing on the sources, Smart hub, or displaying a “Not available” message on the screen when selecting the Samsung TV plus button on the standard remote.

Quick workaround: In a pinch, we recommend utilizing the smart view feature, and screen mirror the Samsung TV Plus application from one of your Galaxy devices to the television. For those who do not have this option available, a great alternative would be to download the Pluto TV application within the smart hub. It appears the app has been deleted. All but air channels are missing from the guide.
Search reveals, the app isn't even available to install, only a "Samsung Promotion" app.
