Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesCurious that others have had this same issue recently - suddenly Samsung Tv+ is entirely gone, channels and all. I re-scanned channels (twice), reset the SmartHub, AND did a full factory reset (also twice)...and no change. It's like Samsung Tv + totally disappeared. The model is the UN40MU6290 Smart Tv.
What say you, hive mind?
The screen is also going out at exactly the three year mark, so this may be the end my run with Samsung anything. The first UHD SmartTv I had before this one went entirely DARK (backlit LEDs died) also at the three year mark.
If I can't get Tv+ back, it's going to recycle. Kinda done.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI have the same issue. It happened to both of my TVs. I did everything you did and the channels are gone still. It has to be something on their server side. I cannot watch any news now. Where is Samsung support?
