Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Why is this marked "solved".  Isn't there a better way to pin this post to the top or find it from the search quickly for people.  It certainly is NOT solved yet.

As far as making sure firmware is up to date:  My best guess is that is what messed this up for everyone.  Had I not had auto update enabled, I would be fine.  That is why we all woke up this morning to TVs that lost Samsung TV Plus.    

To be honest, I don't use it all that much, but every day I use it to know when I can select my Xfinity Stream app from the home menu by waiting for Samsung TV Plus to kick in the last channel I had it on.  If I select a streaming app before TV Plus enables, I get "no internet connection".  That was how I noticed it was broken this morning and it took a while to figure out that it was TV Plus only and I could actually open streaming apps. 

Updates should be more frequent also.  It's been several hours.

television is one month old. Second issue, questioning purchase!

Same as all the others. Scanning does not bring it back. Screen says Not Available. Also says the problem is with my service provider which it is not.

I had the Not Available message and my guide would not show past channel 69. Samsung Plus usually started at Channel 1000.  Before I reset my TV to factory defaults I would get a "Not Available" message when I pressed the Samsung Plus button on the remote. Now, after the TV reset I get absolutely nothing when I press the button, not even a message.

Where the **bleep** is my Samsung Tv!?!?!

the one thing I enjoyed was not having to watch my rip off artist Comcast cable company! And it’s gone. All gone. No more Macgyver in the morning. Good God bring Samsung tv back.

We unplugged tv for about a minute and the app came back.
