Samsung Apps and ServicesIt sounds like your Samsung device might have a sensitivity or accessibility setting enabled that is causing multiple inputs. Here are some steps to try to fix the issue with your PIN setup:
1. Check Touch Sensitivity Settings:
Go to Settings > Display and check if Touch sensitivity is turned on. If it is, try turning it off to see if that resolves the issue.
2. Turn Off Accessibility Options:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity.
Check if Touch and hold delay or Tap duration settings are on and adjust or disable them if necessary, as they could cause repeated inputs.
3. Clear Cache of Security App:
Go to Settings > Apps and find Samsung Pass or Samsung Wallet (depending on the app handling PIN setup).
Tap Storage and select Clear cache.
4. Restart the Device:
Sometimes, a simple restart can clear temporary glitches causing sensitivity issues.
5. Check for System Updates:
Go to Settings > Software update and ensure your device is up to date. Updates often fix bugs that could be causing issues with input sensitivity.
Using Google Wallet as a temporary workaround is a good idea until the issue is resolved.
