Samsung health app

I'm 71 years old. I see no exercise program recommendations for elderly people. 

Also what blood pressure monitor do you recommend that connects to the Samsung health app ? 

Also. I like the app I'm looking to upgrade my watch from a galxy 5 to a new ultra . 

But I hear I should wait for the next generation? Will their be a big jump in sensor and reporting technology to the Samsung app

With the next model release ?

@SawdustAndy There is actually a list in Samsung Health.

1. Open Samsung Health app on your phone.
2. Click on the Blood Pressure item
3. Click the 3 dots in upper right.
4. Click Accessories
5. Under the heading "Blood pressure" you will see a list of devices.
