Samsung music track repeat issue

I cannot turn off the repeat track/repeat all track option on the Samsung music app. How do I fix this?

I can only toggle between repeat 1 track and repeat all tracks, neither seems to make a difference and there is no 3rd option to turn it off.

What version of your Samsung music? Mine is 16.2.38.2 and I can turn the repeat off (arrow with a letter 'A' icon).

Maybe check for the app update on Play store and Galaxy store
