Samsung referral rewards

So is there anyone else out there who referred friends or family with your referral code but once they ordered, Samsung left the delivery status on "partially delivered" so that your referral points stay pending on your account but the points never become available? It's been over a year and a half now and my 7838 points = $39.19 just sit pending in my account and are not available to me. Am I the ONLY one this has happened to?
