I sent my s24 in to get repaired about a month ago for camera issues they said they can fix it under warranty I got it back a week later nothing was fixed all they did was reinstall the OS. now im stuck with a broken phone, I'm not willing to trust mailing in my phone anymore if the technician cant acknowledge my original problem.
Only thing I can think is they might of thought was a camera software issue for the reinstall I would contact them and let them know the issue wasn't fixed I think think they use asuriion if spelling right fir repairs
