Samsung Apps and ServicesJust brought the smartthings hub v3 and set it up. All good until it had issues connecting to some of my devices. Decided to perform a factory reset, following the instructions online. When it reset, the LED on the front remains blue and cannot connect to the app.
Tried the factory reset again, no luck. Any idea what I have done to it and how to get it working again?

Samsung Apps and ServicesI am sorry to hear about this. Please check this LINK to verify the reset steps for your v3 hub, as they are quite different than the other versions.
