When a phone is "locked", I think there should be a way to display "contact information" if the phone is found.
It could include, say a QR code, but lets say it was a
Name
Phone number
Contact if lost phone number:
Address:
City State, ZIP
email:
Visibility could be changed within the phone. A message like: Call the contact if lost phone number and Call the phone and leave a voice mail. I can retrieve it from another phone.
How about a QR code with a link to a Samsung account so a message can be left,
Something.

Samsung Apps and Services@userFsup1nlMjs I think you will find what you are looking for in phone settings -> Lock screen -> Contact information.
You can put your name, email, phone number, etc. and it will be displayed on the lock screen if someone finds your locked phone.
