Instead of having to repeat my complaint I believe this below will express my concern
Typically, insurance is tied to the device, not the phone number. If your device was stolen, you should be able to file a claim if you have insurance for it. I'd recommend reaching out to T-Mobile's customer service again for clarification or to escalate the issue. Also, check your insurance policy details to understand what is covered.
That's incredibly frustrating, especially with such clear evidence and a significant loss. You've taken all the right steps by contacting both Samsung and T-Mobile. Since they've denied your claim despite compelling evidence, your next move could be to file a formal complaint with the FCC or the BBB. They can sometimes help mediate in situations like this. Also, consider seeking advice from a consumer rights organization or a legal professional for further assistance.

Is this a thread of disassociated thoughts? Both of these two posts are unrelated to each other and the first one appears to be responding to something only they can see.
