Themes.

I left post yesterday. Pn how to get two themes back on galaxy themes store. They were in my account. I hard reset my phone. And logged into my Samsung account with same email. And they have vanished. I don't have access to my debit card I used. All I have is account and same phone. Galaxy A53 5G. I purchased them around june-july 2024. Please help. I'm clueless. Tried everything I know to.

You reset your phone, did you restore your backup?  Your backup should have retained your purchased themes as the themes get downloaded to your phone.  Resetting your phone should not affect what appears in "my apps" in the store, as that information is contained in  your account, so I don't know why it's not showing for you unless you are looking in the wrong place.

I never backed up anything. I don't think

Backups are automatic unless you specifically turned them off. You can check to see if you have a current backup by going to settings, tapping on your Samsung account, scrolling to Samsung Cloud, scrolling all the way down to restore data and tapping that. If there is a backup, it will list it and then you can restore it. If there us no backup, there won't be anything there.
