Unable to enable voicemail transcript

I have Fold 4 and S23 Ultra with USMobile carrier and i'm not able to enable voicemail transcript on my phones.  How can I enable this function on my galaxy devices?

Not sure how it works with usmobile but for Verizon you have to pay monthly for upgraded voicemail that includes transcription. I know iPhones have it for free but I wouldn't dream of going that way 🤢

Your carrier must turn on. Some are free and some charge or don't support.
