Samsung Apps and ServicesWhere are they showing up other than in your Samsung account? In the Google Play store? Just go to the Play store website (play.google.com/store) in a browser and hide the devices you don't want to see in your list. You can only do this from the website, not the app. Once at the website, tap your initial and select "library and devices". Move over to the "devices" tab and uncheck any devices you do not want to see in the list. Eventually, they will just disappear and you will no longer be able to reselect them (not that you want to). In the Find app, or Google Find, deselect any device you do not want to appear in the list or be found.
Have you tried deleting the devices from your Samsung account on the phone, or did you try only by going to the website? In either case, if they will not go away it shouldn't hurt anything (except your brain for having to see them). If you think it's causing sync issues you can turn off device syncing to those devices in the Play store settings, although if you uncheck them from being viewed they should automatically be eliminated from sync.

Samsung Apps and ServicesSamsung's website functionality leaves a lot to be desired. If the devices only appear on your account screen and you do not visit your account constantly, I would just consider it an annoyance. I have accounts with other electronic companies that operate similarly. Asus, for instance, doesn't even pretend to have a removal option for older devices -- they just sit there forever. It is a good historical reference though, so I can see how many and which Asus products I ever owned (should I ever want or need that information).
