Unblack list a galaxy phone

So I bought this phone off a swap app. Well it's black listed. How do I get that removed

Hello cosbykid, Welcome and thank you for being part of the Community. If the phone is blacklisted, you will need to contact the seller. Only the previous owner would be able to remove the phone from being blacklisted. They would need to contact their service provider to have it removed.
