Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I was wondering why mine failed overnight. But I too am on Verizon so I see it's not just me lol

S24 ultra here. Having same issues. Went to the Verizon store today. Guy said to give it a couple weeks and try again. That samsung is turning out the new OS AND the new S25 series of phones all this week. Said try off and on or leave it be until around the 7thish of February. See if they have the bugs worked out than. Also said to try hooking it up to a wifi enabled computer and do it through there and see if it will work, if it is still give me issues after the first.of February.

I'm getting a security update today on verizon... update 15... it's been downloading for a couple hours now and barely at 7%... was just wondering if anybody else is going this slow... speed testing shows I'm over a gig on my 5G

S24 Ultra on Verizon , it's been trying to update all day today. 1-22-25
